Yes, we are a fully registered NDIS provider which means we can provide our services to all NDIS participants regardless if they are NDIA, plan, or self-managed.

No, we currently operate solely as mobile Physiotherapists. We will bring all the necessary equipment that is available at most clinics to you for convenience.

To help make things safe and easy, please ensure you have access to a decent-sized room or open space where equipment and a treatment table will fit comfortably.
In addition, it is preferable if you wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothing, as we will usually be performing exercises or manual therapy.

We require 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. These fees are deducted from your NDIS funding.
This policy is in accordance with NDIS guidelines, however, we understand that sometimes things can happen suddenly in life that are unavoidable, and we take this into consideration when enforcing our cancellation policy.
